These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrüMate | Premium Insulated Tumblers, Drinkware, Coolers & Hydration Packs website and all transactions conducted through it. By interacting with this platform, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.

Permitted Use and Conduct

When using the BrüMate website, you must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Accessing restricted system directories without authorization;
Disrupting or compromising site security or performance;
Uploading or transmitting viruses, ransomware, or malicious code;
Copying, reproducing, reselling, or exploiting any proprietary content without written consent;
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities related to your use of the platform or orders.

Orders and Product Availability

All orders placed on BrüMate are offers to purchase, subject to our explicit acceptance. Acceptance depends on stock availability and price confirmation. BrüMate reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, payment issues, or fraud prevention measures.

Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery occurs within 7-12 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, BrüMate accepts return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returns must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

The product remains unused and unaltered;
It is returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact BrüMate support via email at moritzozes@gmail.com to obtain return authorization and instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order. If the cancellation window passes, order processing may begin, making cancellation impossible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BrüMate website, including text, images, trademarks, code, and design, is owned exclusively by BrüMate or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
